Visualization

By not thinking, we are letting the body take over and win the way it has been programmed to.  If we do the visualization and conscious practice with proper feedback, then we will do those responses automatically. That is how we become the better person, that is how we evolve.

When not thinking, we just do- we don't question who we have become, we are just that new person.  The thinking mind is the one that stops and questions great actions that the body is fully capable of doing on its own.  It interferes with a lot of progress, constantly worrying and questioning.  This can create worry and anxiety within the body itself that is not healthy.  It keeps the body from running the way it should.

The body has to spend all its time performing repair or actions from long term stress that the mind has created.  It can't age properly, heal, or run up to top peak condition when it has to combat what the mind keeps sending out to it.  This is the massive problem that stress causes.  Acute stress gets the body going and the conscious mind to shut off.  It is the stress that makes the body do what it does best.  The mind gets in the way- that thinking mind interrupts the natural flow of progress that the body can do by itself.  By shutting down and quieting the thinking brain, this is where all the greatness comes from.  From the inborn knowledge that the body was born with and has picked up along the way.

Where the thinking mind needs to come in is in terms of helping the body.  By replacing those negative, worrying, or impulsive thoughts with more constructive ones- about who we want to become- the body will then be able to work along side the good.  Constantly thinking happy, helpful thoughts is going to make the body that much stronger and better off.  Visualizing, repeating key phrases, practicing the behavior with positive reinforcement- this is where true greatness begins.  All the negative thoughts and behaviors must stop and be stopped.  They can't continue living within the body, where they just accumulate and set the body backwards.  We are all destined to be great.  This is the way we have been programmed.
